Beef Tenderloin - An 8 oz filet mignon served with port-cranberry demi-glace and topped with blue cheese crumbles.      $32.95

BBQ Pork Shank - Braised and slow roasted all day, so tender it falls off the bone.     $24.95

Cajun Beef Ribeye Steak - A choice 12 oz ribeye prepared to your order. Served with a side of horseradish sauce.     $26.95

New York Steak - 10 oz choice beef strip loin steak, marinated in olive oil, garlic, black pepper and rosemary then grilled to your order.      $24.95

Rack of Lamb - A full rack of tender lamb prepared medium rare and cut into chops. Served with a rosemary/merlot au jus.      $29.95

Veal Marsala - Pounded loin slices, lightly breaded and pan-fried. Finished with marsala wine, shallots, wild forest mushrooms and demi-glace.      $24.95
